Originally from the Netherlands, my Dutch roots are a big part of who I am—loyalty, honesty, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship are values I carry with pride. I’ve always had a love affair with diamonds, and for me, jewellery is more than just adornment—it’s a way to celebrate life’s special moments and tell meaningful stories. I live and breathe everything about fine jewellery, and that same passion extends to my family, friends, and customers who quickly become part of my extended circle. With a big smile and a warm heart, I welcome everyone into my world where sparkle, style, and sincerity come together.

Manager

Jess is the heart and soul of the boutique—a lovely, friendly presence who works tirelessly to keep everything running seamlessly. As manager, she stays on top of orders, coordinates repairs, and always puts customer satisfaction at the forefront of her day. With a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for helping people find the perfect piece, Jess brings warmth and dedication to every interaction. She has a true love for all things sparkly, especially yellow gold, aquamarine, and—of course—diamonds. Hardworking, kind, and effortlessly stylish, Jess brings a welcoming energy that makes every visit to the boutique a memorable experience.

Lauren is a warm and familiar presence on Worcester High Street, known for her friendly personality and years of experience in retail. With a genuine love for helping people and exceptional customer service skills, she makes every shopper feel right at home. Lauren’s passion for jewellery shines through in her personal favourites—she has a soft spot for platinum, adores pearls, and can’t resist anything in bold, beautiful red. Her approachable nature and genuine passion for what she does make her a truly valued and trusted member of the team.

Amber

Job Title

Amber began her journey with us through a work experience placement at the age of 15 and has been a valued member of the team ever since. With a strong interest in fashion and current trends, she brings a fresh perspective to bespoke design work and excels at creating visual concepts that support and inspire our clients. Her preference for fine, delicate jewellery—particularly in yellow gold—reflects her refined aesthetic. Amber’s attention to detail and creative insight make her a key contributor to our design process and customer experience.
